Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation that is made after 72 hours of booking will not be accepted for refund.
  • The cancellation request should be made over call
  • Any cancellation that is requested through email or chat fund will not be entertained
  • We do not assure you the refund as it based on the refund policies of Hotels and Airlines.

We have made our rebate policy customer friendly. However, the refund is subject to the Airline and hotel policies. In case you want to clarify regarding the same you can call our 24hr customer support number.

Refund Policy

  • All the cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the booking will be entertained.
  • The amount will be reimbursed to the same account from which the booking is made.
  • In case of other method of payment, the refund will be issued in the cheque.
  • It may take around 10-15 business days for the refund process to be completed.
  • We do not refund the service charge, except in the case of full refund.
