Tap Miles is divided into two variants , but these two are totally different when it comes to their usage, although are earned simultaneously. Status mile is used for upgrading member tier levels and bonus mile is for rewards.

• Web Check-in: For your check-in, commuters can directly log in into the website, and after entering all the booking details, they can get their boarding pass. This check-in should be done 24 hours prior to the departure.
• Airport Check-in: Passengers flying are required to arrive at least 3 hours earlier to their check-in. You can visit the airline desk and can take your boarding pass.
