• Carry-on Allowance: Under this baggage policy, only one personal item with one bag is allowed. Passengers of economy flex, business and first-class are allowed 2 carry-on bag. Personal item size should not exceed 30 x 38 x 18 cm (L+W+H) size and carry-on bag size should not exceed 56 x 45 x 25 cm (L+W+H) size.
• Checked bag: The linear dimension of the checked bag is 158 cm (L+W+H) and each bag should not weigh more than 70 pounds. Passengers of Economy classic and flex are allowed one free checked bag. For Premium and Business class, 2 free checked bags and 3 free checked bags are allowed for First-class passengers.

• Airport Kiosk Devices: Passengers at the airport can log into their airline with the kiosk devices and after entering the booking details, they can generate their boarding pass.
